Feeling Lost

How many times do I have to fall before I succeed?
How many times will my back get stabbed and so-called friends watch me bleed?
How many times will I be lied on, cheated on and stepped on?
How many times will I live my life through a sad song?
How many times will it rain on my parade?
How many times will upper management not see things my way?
How many times do I have to tell her how I feel?
How many times do I have to witness young brotha's and sista's get killed?
How many times will my heart get hurt?
How many times will they look over my good soul that's covered in dirt?
How many times will I wake up screaming,
Tossin and turning in my bed trying to fight these demons?
Got me scared to make babies and release my semen?
So many questions, not nearly enough answers
I'm feeling a little off balanced like new ballet dancers.
I need help, but will anybody hear me
Sometimes homicidal, scared for friends to stand near me
How did it happen, what went wrong
Don't look like a good ending to my life long song!!
