MURDER OF 2010

I don't know why I killed you
I honestly didn't mean to.
Just a slip of my finger,
and BAM! I pulled the trigger.

Now all I can do is reflect,
on the fun we had.

Remember when I played with Barbies?
Or drew pictures because, well, I was good at it.
I thought of you a lot then.

Or how about when we played dress up?
I walked around and just knew we looked good!

Yup, you were there for me,
for a long time.

I understand you wanted to live,
I wanted you to grow and flourish.
But my problems got in the way.
Secret pains that grew with every day.

So I committed the worst crime,
and murdered you.
And even now I still hear your scream.
But all I can say is...
R.I.P to my childhood dreams.
