In Spirit You Live in Me

Though physically you're gone

You are still a song in my heart

When I reflect I smile and sometimes laugh out loud

Or sigh from days gone by and start to cry from missing you

I truly respect all the time you invested in me

And now it's my responsibility

To forward your legacy on to a new generation

So with elation I think of you

Mother you are still missed so I send a kiss to heaven

Thanking you for all the lessons

Also for the many sessions we've had

I'm so glad God gave me you

Though our time has physically expired

I'll never grow tired of the wonderful memories

Because your spirit is still within me!
