Im not sure
but I think Ive been brainwashed
my perception of physical beauty
has become altered and
biased
why is
it that I find
bright slender and small
so desirable
why is
it that I find
dark broad and large
mildly offensive
my eyes are automatically
drawn to things
I see
everyday on my
tv screen
but who puts it there
why is
that all I see
every time I flip
through my magazine
I think Ive been brainwashed
but Im not sure
my perception of physical beauty
has been tainted
painted
and I damn near fainted
when I looked in the mirror
and realized
what I saw
looking back at me
just did not fit
