Two Worshipers

Away from the busy crowd
A penitent woman stole one day,
And hurried into a church to pray.

Away from the noisy throng
A tall red man stole one day,
And climbed Mount Henry to pray.

She knelt before the holy cross;
He communed with the sacred tree.
Both bowed the worship;
Both felt the need of Thee.
