I am a rhymer

Thank God, I am a rhymer,
My heart boils up to 360 degrees Fahreiheit
And at times, it freezes down to minus three hundred.
Life can be rougher than the waves of the dreaded
Sea, when the hurricane is reading the last rite
Of the summer breeze, where the sea lion was once calmer.

Thank God, I am a fighter,
I am not afraid to burn the spells of the card reader.
Thank God, I am able to survive,
I am able to dive
Deeper than the starfish.
I am able to reach
Great heights in my lifetime,
And I am able to think and to rhyme.
