HIP-HOP JUNKIE

Dear Lord,

I'm a hip hop junkie
and all it entails
please don't let their words
send me to hell
Because their lives are not my reality
they are strictly entertainment to me
but my pastor says their music is blasphemy

And my kids like the same songs
and they sometimes sing along
but I don't want to go to hell
for the stories hip hop tell
or the sex it sells
But
I can't lie
I love how the beat
makes me move my back side
and I envy the sexiness of her thighs
and I adore how they dress up and get real fly
and I fancy riding in one those rides
With one of those rich guys
But Dear Lord,
Please don't let their words send me to hell
I'm just a hip-hop junkie
And all it entails
